Mobility Assistance

  • Attendees with mobility or physical disabilities are encouraged to use our accessible drop off and pick up point.
  • The Main Stage and Creator Stage will have designated accessible seating toward the front of the room.
  • A limited number of wheelchairs are available for loan on a first come, first served basis. Please inquire at the Accessibility Resources/First Aid Tent.

Accessible Entrance

Attendees with reduced mobility or who use a wheelchair are encouraged to utilize our Accessible Entrance.

Deaf or Hard-of-Hearing Attendee Resources

  • South Texas College Interpreter Training Program Internship Students will be on site all weekend to provide ASL interpreting.
  • Interpreters will interpret all Main Stage panels, as well as being available for individual assistance upon request.
  • Please inquire at the Accessibility Resources/First Aid Tent.

Blind/Visually Impaired Assistance

Please visit the Accessibility Resources/First Aid Tent for a text to speech schedule, or a large print schedule.

Service Animals

  • In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, service animals are permitted and welcome!
  • Requirements of Service Animals and Their Handlers:
  • The service animal should wear a harness, ID tag or other gear that readily identifies its working status.
  • The service animal must be on a leash at all times.
  • The handler must be in full control of the service animal at all times. The care and supervision of a service animal is solely the responsibility of its handler.
