Comic con days are long, and fans need fuel. Be the Official Energy Drink of South Texas Comic Con 2027: your Power-Up Station hands out samples and can sell your product all weekend, and your ad plays on the main stage.
South Texas Comic Con 2027, April 23 to 25, McAllen Convention Center. 20,000 through the doors over three days.
What's included:
The title: The Official Energy Drink of South Texas Comic Con 2027.
Category exclusivity: The only energy drink brand sampling or sponsoring at the show.
The Power-Up Station: We provide a 10' x 10' booth space. You bring your own branding and samples, and your team runs it, handing out 2 oz samples all weekend.
Sell your product: You can also sell from your station. The venue sets you up as a subcontractor, and you manage your own inventory.
Concession sales (potential): The venue may also sell your product at its concession stands during the show. This needs to be confirmed with both the venue and your distributor.
The main stage: Your 15-second ad on the main stage screen between panels, up to 3 times per show day.
Before the show: A welcome post announcing you as our Official Energy Drink.
During the show: Promotion of your brand on our social media throughout the event.
On our website: Your logo and link in the sponsor spot on southtexascomiccon.com.
The extras: 2 VIP badges and 2 weekend general admission badges for your team or guests, plus 2 weekend vendor badges for whoever runs your booth.
Limited to one brand only. Claim by January 29, 2027. Samples are 2 oz portions. Sampling follows your brand's own age policy. You provide all product. Sales from your station are set up through the venue as a subcontractor.
